Soft Side

For Family Night on Monday Joe gave the boys a Fathers Blessing...something he has been meaning to do since the first of the year.

After Jed's blessing was finished he jumped up and gave Joe a HUGE hug.

I was telling my sister about how Jed had a blessing and how sweet the hug was, Jed was listening to our conversation and chimed in saying:

"Ya, it was so special that I almost cried".

He may be wild on the outside but that boy has quite the tender heart.

You really do have the sweetest family! I am glad your family night turned out... ours, on the other hand, was not quite so successful!! Oh well! There's always next week!
