Why I love to buy 2nd hand

I think this leather chair is lovely... but there is no way in HE- double hockey sticks I could afford it.

But I did find this little treasure at the D.I. a few years back for $15. Not quite as good, in fact it is pretty worn, but hey -it adds character right? It is shoved in our rental's basement (that is why it is such a fabulous pic.) but soon, we will be able to spread our wings in a much roomier place and pull out all of our favorite things. Looking forward to it.

Those chairs look so much alike I can't believe it and that chair is actually quite comfy.
